Sallowfield Cottage was originally a dairy and consequently the grounds are rich and fertile. Tendered by a keen gardener, this has developed into a substantial English garden with many varieties of flowers, shrubs and trees. The garden is set around a large pond and includes outdoor seating areas for lunch and tea (when it's warm enough!).
